Four years ago, I started Vincenzo's Big Stinkin' Cigar Party as a little lark, an excuse to have an outdoor cookout that lit up more than just a couple of burgers. Now it's so big we give the Fire Department two weeks' notice. Here's the skinny on this year's party, on June 10, 2006.
